Fortified double wall fabric processing method

The invention relates to a processing method of a reinforced double wall fabric with a pattern, which comprises the following steps:

Step 1: the lower surface of polyester mesh is coated with adhesive, plasticized at 160-180 ℃, and the PVC film is adhered to the lower surface of polyester mesh by preheating at 160-180 ℃;

Step 2: the upper surface of the double wall fabric is coated with adhesive, and the lower surface of the PVC film is bonded to the upper surface of the wire drawing mesh;

Step 3: the transparent PVC film is made by four roll rolling at 160-180 ℃, after the transparent PVC film is cooled, the pattern is painted on the lower surface of the transparent PVC film;

Step 4: after the spray pattern of the transparent PVC film is cured, the adhesive is evenly coated on the upper surface of the polyester fiber mesh, and the spray patterned side of the transparent PVC film is bonded to the upper surface of the polyester fiber mesh to prepare the reinforced double wall fabric with the pattern;

The adhesive in the above steps is prepared from the following parts by weight:

E-pvc90-110; dioctyl phthalate 60-80; stabilizer 3-5;

The coating amount of the adhesive is 100-120g / m2;

The PVC film in the above step is prepared from the following weight parts of raw materials:

PVC 100, dioctyl phthalate 40-55, barium zinc liquid stabilizer 3-4, dioctyl adipate 5-15.
