How drop stitch fabric is made

Drop stitch fabric is a three-dimensional hollow structure. The base cloth of this material adopts 3D weaving technology, and the two-layer mesh sandwiching cloth surface is connected into an integrated structure through the up and down string parallel way of middle drawing. With different middle drawing methods, DWFS can form cloth effects of different shapes, such as W-shaped (wave pattern), dot shaped (star pattern), straight strip shaped (one word pattern) and other patterns (according to customer requirements, other unconventional cloth effects can also be customized, such as X-shaped, the same shape, different spacing effects). 

Since each drawing yarn is connected with two layers of mesh sandwiches by a designed fixed stroke to define the space height of the material, therefore, based on the specially designed drawing density, regardless of the shape, the drop stitch fabric can guarantee a very stable three-dimensional space structure, which is characterized by stable size, flat surface and good resilience.
