 1. So what should we do? I think how to improve the rolling speed is the key to the success of rollover. So how can we make students roll faster without knowing it? Inspired by the slope, we can overlap the two small gymnastic mats to form a small slope between the overlapped part and the single-layer mats, so that students can roll down the "small slope", and the rolling speed is accelerated, so that students can easily master the rolling skills and complete the rolling action, so as to improve the quality of students' rolling action as soon as possible. 

 2.
