A new DWF inflatable air mat making method

In recent years, drop stitch fabric inflatable air mat is widely used in all walks of life, especially in sports, medicine, outdoor equipment, sports equipment industry, because of its flexible use, small occupation, convenient carrying and large bearing capacity. 

At present, the traditional drawing air cushion on the market has a single function, and there are many defects. It is shown as follows: 

1) the traditional double wall fabric inflatable air mat usually uses a layer of PVC film on both sides of the net cloth, then sewed with the material or glued together with ordinary glue, resulting in loose structure, poor aging resistance, and greatly reducing the heat sealing performance, thus affecting the use of air cushion. Service life;

 2) the traditional DWF inflatable air mat are mostly straight lines, which are easy to be dislocated when they are made, and the pressure bearing capacity and structural stability are also poor; 3) the surface coating treatment method of the traditional drawing air cushions is very complex, which requires adding a thick PVC film, which not only improves the production cost, but also greatly increases the weight of the drawing air cushions, which is not conducive to the user's carrying.
