1. Play catch with someone; (1-2)
Training purpose: Social skills/arm movement
Training requirements: the parent sits opposite the child, the parent passes the ball to the child, and encourages the child to pass the ball to the parent as well.
Difficulty setting: A At the beginning, parents can put the ball directly into children's hands; B The parent extends the ball to the child and encourages him/her to reach for it. C Parents should say "thank you" when children offer the ball to their parents.

Help giving: To begin, parents can stand on the upper stairs and extend their hands to help their child while giving the verbal command "Go!" ; If the child does not cooperate, you can put the dried fruit on the stairs, and give a reward after the child steps on it.
