How to repair a inflatable tent in simple way?

Whe use for such a long time, there may be some minor problems in the inflatbale tent, such as small air leakage. At this time, we need to check and analyze the tents. The following is how to repair the inflatable tent:

(1) Clean the air column first, apply soapy water on the surface of the air column, and check the leak point.

(2) If the leak point is a very small hole, it can be repaired with repairing cloth provided in the package, then brush some glue, stick to the leak point after drying, and bond tightly.

(3) If the leak is glued at the hot seam of the gas column, it can be dealt with in the following steps:

A. Clean the bonding surface at the opening first.

B. Use special adhesive for air column of special inflatable tent, and evenly brush it on the pre-bonded surface. The thickness is suitable. After about two brushes, it can be bonded.

C. The shape of the bonded joint should be designed as a circle or an ellipse, avoiding square and sharp angle joint shape as far as possible, and the lap width should be greater than 30 mm.

D. When the glue evaporates, it can be bonded. The patches used should be flat and without wrinkles. After bonding, the patches should be rolled and scraped. They can be dried by an electric hair dryer to facilitate bonding. After 6 hours of bonding, it can be inflated and used.
