2019-07-24

Traditional inflatable yurt tents are mainly composed of three parts: timber, felt and bristle rope. The wooden yurt frame includes Taonao, Wuni, Hana and threshold. The lower part of the yurt is called Hana. It is a fence-shaped wall, which is usually divided into several pieces and then circled. Ha, that's a Mongolian yurt bracket. The upper part of the yurt is called Taonao (top window), and the part connecting Hana and the skylight is called Uni. The door can be made into wooden structure or felt. In winter, it can be made into wooden door and felt door.

The timber part has the function of supporting and dispatching the size. The felt part is mainly composed of top felt, felting, outer cover, felting door, felting door head, wall root, felting curtain and so on. Inflatable yurt tent has the function of keeping warm. The bristle rope part plays a primary role in fixing and suturing. The bristle rope is usually made of wool, camel hair and horse's bristle and horse's tail. The bristle and horse's tail are twisted into six thin strands, three left strands and three right strands into ropes.

Including tie, rope, rope pressure, drop rope, only need to fix the part of Hana must use leather rope. Enclosure rope is divided into inner rope and outer rope. Hana is fixed back with outer rope and inner rope is used in other places. The tie is taboo. As the former Mongolians were always migrating, and often faced with war, they demanded the quickest evacuation. Mongolian yurts have skylights, which are easy to release fireworks. At night, the skylights should be covered with felt.

A traditional inflatable yurt is usually reserved for monogamous wives and their children. Newlyweds have to build private rooms, some accompanied by their parents. Families with good economic conditions or many dependents have several yurts. The most important tent is generally the largest, with the most thorough equipment, similar to the living room. Open the door and hang your head into it. In the center is a heating stove. The chimney opens directly to the skylight. The tent's end position directly opposite the door is a variety of cabinets for storing clothes. There is a way similar to the god's table on the cabinet.

Used to worship gods or maybe Genghis Khan. Families with more than two yurts live in the westernmost yurts of the elderly. The kitchen built an earthen stove near the outside of the tent and burned cow dung. In the folk, trees and wooden bars are often used outside Mongolian yurts to form fences, which constitute houses, and many of them are also used to make up houses. Generally there are animal pens outside the courtyard and warehouses inside the courtyard. Some warehouses use old Mongolian yurts, some covered with felt caravans. Mongolian yurts have been used on Mongolian grasslands for more than a thousand years, up to now, due to their convenient establishment and relocation, which are suitable for nomadic days. The felt tent of the herdsman is a rich art treasure house.
