Inflatable gymnastic mat and teaching method

We can do various floor exercises on the inflatable gym training mat: sit-ups, push-ups, aerobics, yoga, etc. It can also be used for outdoor picnic. Both positive and negative sides are available with good elasticity. Avoid pain and black marks on all parts of the body during exercise. Elastic low limit reduces sports and accidental injuries.

Teaching method of using inflatable gymnastic mat

1. Contour Teaching (Triple-Jump Rhythm)

1. Put three hula hoops in sequence and put several groups.

2. Divide the students into several groups with equal number of students, and carry out the system of group leader's responsibility.

Obstacles Teaching (Step Jump)

1. Use obstacles (20 cm to 30 cm high) and bright colored gymnastic sticks as teaching equipment. Place them in order. With the demonstration of teachers and language prompts, students jump over one obstacle with one foot and across the gymnastic stick with the other leg (master).

Experience the technical action of striding; after the third jump over the third obstacle, both feet landed on the hula hoop.

2. Encourage learning, see which group of technical action is correct, long jump.

3. Stepping on the Springboard (Jumping)

The third obstacle replaced by jumping box is used as the springboard. Students jump over one obstacle with one foot; jump over the gymnastic stick with the other leg; after the step jump, the step foot jumps actively on the springboard, falls on the sponge mat and completes the jump.

4. Difficult and Easy Alternate Teaching (Combination Exercises)

Placing hula hoop and obstacle teaching equipment in dislocation and in sequence, practicing the rhythm of triple jump on hula hoop and strengthening the technical action of triple jump with obstacles can not only increase the density of students'practice, but also quickly master the technical action of triple jump, fully considering the comprehensiveness and difference of students.
